Refund policy

We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, tags must be intact and in original packaging.
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. To request a return or exchange, email us at brandrio26@gmail.com with your order number and photos and video of the product.
Refund will be processed within 3-7 days after we receive the returned product.
We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or wrong size selection.
